Vascular Surgeon

Job Description Broward Health, one of the largest and most respected healthcare systems in South Florida, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and visionary surgeon to build a high-performing service line while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a supportive multidisciplinary team. The new physician will see a broad array of cases, both open and endovascular, in a fast-paced and busy environment at our L1 and L2 facilities, supporting a busy emergency department. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a wide range of vascular conditions including arterial, venous, and lymphatic disorders. Perform both open surgical and minimally invasive endovascular procedures. Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in patient consultations, preoperative evaluations, and postoperative follow-ups. Participate in call rotation to provide emergency vascular coverage. Provide mentorship and education for medical students, residents, and fellows (if applicable). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary case reviews. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. Completion of a general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Vascular Surgery. Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
