We are seeking Industrial Warehouse Workers to assist in supporting production assembly and packaging operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working fixed shifts across three rotating time slots, you will handle materials and products with an emphasis on quality and safety, contributing to team efficiency while adhering to company standards. This position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and attention to detail in a well-equipped facility offering breaks and necessary safety gear.

 

This is a Temp - Perm position, based on performance and customer needs.

 

Responsibilities

• Operate on fixed shifts including 1st (8-4:30), 2nd (4-12:30), and 3rd (12-8:30) with Saturday work required
• Perform production assembly and package products into boxes with minimal heavy lifting
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Handle inventory and materials safely and efficiently
• Comply with safety protocols and use provided safety equipment such as steel-toed shoes and hair nets
• Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals
• Maintain cleanliness and order in designated work areas

 

MUST be able to pass a 7-Year Background and 10-Panel Drug Screen!

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in warehouse operations and packaging
• Familiarity with inventory handling and basic equipment operation
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and time management
• Effective team collaboration and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to handle moderate to heavy lifting as required
