POSITION SUMMARY: The Direct Sales and Marketing Specialist position exists to communicate efforts between potential consumers and Remarketing staff on Vanderbilt repossessed homes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assists the Direct Sales and Marketing Professionals in the marketing and communication with potential consumers on Vanderbilt repossessed homes.
• Acts as a liaison between consumers and the company.
• Assists in the marketing of company assets.
• Converts leads generated from various marketing efforts to prospective home buyers.
• Responsible for scheduling home viewing.
• Responds to all Live Chats that are initiated through a company website.
• Follows up on all leads and viewings.
• Communicates with external customers as well as internal customers.
• Executes error free data entry skills.
• Promotes teamwork and success for the department/company.
• Promotes company image through professional service and actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available to work shifts in the evening until 8pm and some Saturday shifts.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exhibit great interpersonal skills, effective persuasive skills, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be goal driven.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• 90% communication methods completed over the phone.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.
• Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.
• Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
