Scheduling involves three 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience are preferred. First-timers are also accepted for this role. ARRT-MR certification is preferred. On-call duty is required as needed. Clinicians will not float to meet facility needs. Candidates can discuss scheduling requests with the manager. Local candidates are accepted without radius restrictions. Candidates with pending licenses are also acceptable. Ideal RTO is no more than 5 days. Client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without compensation for the canceled hours. When called off, the candidate will be placed on call as needed. Required skills include Abdomen MRI, MRA, MRV, Female and Male Pelvis MRI, Chest MRI, assorted MRI procedures, and Spine Case MRI. Candidates must be able to perform special imaging procedures and various MRI techniques. Charting system experience with Cerner is mandatory. Illinois residents must meet fingerprinting requirements before compliance. This role takes place in an acute care hospital setting. This facility is a Magnet hospital and a Level I trauma center. Total staffed beds for this facility is 562. Daily patient care includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Candidates are expected to comply with all job requirements and responsibilities.
