POSITION: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - This position will provide behavioral services to clients assigned to their caseload. The behavior analyst will also assist in consulting opportunities and other expectations to include trainings, workshops, and conferences.

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Clinical Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Master's Degree and current license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Must also retain all appropriate
• certifications to be licensed in the state of Missouri.

REQUIRED TRAINING:

• Licensed BCBA, Abuse & Neglect, TOOLs training, PBS, Non-violent crisis intervention

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and keep current:

• Perform assessments to write a functional behavior assessment and behavior support plan
• Create and record data for behavior services. Use data for summaries and interpret the data for team.
• Work individually with clients to teach skills or on work on interventions
• Maintain documentation as need for services.

Supervision/Training Related Functions:

• Supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians for caseload.
• Provide training and resources to support teams
• Provide training to RBT's specific to clients and environments
• Ensure services being rendered and support of all cases
• Training in Onboarding as well as coordinating CEU training for BCBAs
• Weekly meetings with team
