Customer Experience Consultant

We are growing the world's best team!

Boxencrew is a high-end automotive customization shop specializing in

Window Tint, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, and Vinyl Wraps

—and we’re looking for a confident, high-energy, customer-facing team member.

This role is perfect for someone who

loves talking to people, thrives on closing deals, and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences

—especially over the phone.

What you’ll do: Handle inbound calls, make outbound calls to warm leads, respond to texts & emails Educate customers on premium tint, ceramic, PPF, and wrap options Upsell high-value services Book appointments and manage the schedule efficiently Be the friendly, polished face customers remember and trust

You’re a great fit if you: Are knowledgable about the services that we offer! Are naturally confident, articulate, and upbeat on the phone Enjoy sales, competition, and hitting goals Are comfortable discussing pricing and closing appointments Learn products quickly and speak with authority Take pride in presentation, communication, and professionalism
