Compliance Program Manager

We are looking for a Compliance Program Manager to lead global product compliance initiatives and drive regulatory approval programs for cutting-edge technology products. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, program management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet global regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead compliance programs from planning through execution, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Drive global regulatory approval activities for new and existing products. Assess compliance, product, and operational risks and develop mitigation plans. Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve compliance-related issues. Prepare and maintain documentation required for global regulatory certifications. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Support internal investigations, audits, and regulatory activities. Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes through automation and operational efficiencies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. 3–5 years of experience in Product Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Engineering, or Technical Program Management. Strong understanding of regulatory standards such as: EMC Product Safety Telecom NEBS Excellent project and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with networking, telecommunications, or hardware products. Knowledge of Python, SQL, or Web Development.
