Prin. Clinical Specialist - Superficial Venous Interventions (SVI) - Miami / Boca Raton / Ft. Lauderdale

Medtronic seeks a Principal Clinical Specialist to provide technical support and training for superficial venous intervention products across the Miami, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale regions. The role involves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and sales teams to ensure safe product use and drive clinical adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training on Closure System, VenaSeal, and ultrasound techniques to physicians and clinical staff
• Provide intraoperative case support and technical guidance for safe product application
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, preparing reports and improvement recommendations
• Support sales territory strategy through in-servicing, market development, and inventory coordination
• Gather and communicate product performance feedback to research and development teams

Requirements

• High school diploma with 9+ years experience, OR associate degree with 5+ years, OR bachelor's degree with 3+ years
• Ultrasound and/or venous intervention experience preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge and familiarity with medical device industry
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Registered Vascular Technologist or Registered Vascular Specialist certification helpful
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively by car and plane
