The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining job postings, building and nurturing talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs, support workforce planning, and help refine job requirements and role profiles. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment records, preparing reports on hiring activities, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet hiring timelines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms. Attention to detail in candidate evaluation, documentation, and compliance with relevant employment practices. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment and maintain confidentiality. Prior experience in corporate or agency recruitment is preferred but not mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
