Now Hiring: Warehouse / Forklift Operators

Hire Sync is looking for dependable Warehouse / Forklift Operators to join a growing distribution team in Cleveland. If you're safety-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and/or stand-up) and pallet jacks
Pick and pack orders with accuracy for outbound shipments
Load and unload trucks and deliveries
Use RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory
Handle shipping/receiving tasks, including labeling and paperwork verification
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and order verification

What We're Looking For

2+ years of warehouse experience required
Forklift certification preferred (sit-down or stand-up)
Familiar with RF scanners and basic computer systems
Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for long periods
Strong attendance, safety, and teamwork record
