Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations

Are you a friendly and organized professional looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our Director of Operations. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our operations run smoothly by providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide comprehensive clerical support to the Director of Operations, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and can-do attitude
