Thisrole integrates proactive business development with strategic marketinginitiatives to expand partnerships, increase service line utilization,and strengthen DCH’s competitive position within the region. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managingrelationships with key collaborators across the healthcare continuum includinghospital leadership, EMS, physicians, employers, providers, and post-acutepartners while ensuring consistent, clear, and compelling communicationof DCH’s services, capabilities, and value. Acting as a primary liaison between DCH and external partners, this rolecollaborates closely with internal leadership and service line teams toalign growth strategies with marketing efforts. The Business Developmentand Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and advancinga robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, while supporting the planningand execution of initiatives that enhance community engagement, marketawareness, and organizational growth. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare businessdevelopment, marketing, or a related field Demonstrated knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, including content and social media marketing Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Preferred Experience in a clinical or healthcare operations environment Proven ability to drive growth initiatives and manage strategic partnerships #J-18808-Ljbffr
