Some caregivers want full schedules, and some want a few shifts a week. Some want evenings, weekends, mornings, longer shifts, or hours around another job or school. We have a wide variety of shift options, and we match caregivers based on availability, experience, personality, and what the client actually needs.Flexibility, however, is not the same thing as lack of accountability. Our clients are often older adults, people recovering from a hospital stay, people living with dementia, and families in high-acuity hospice situations. A call-off in home care is NOT like a call-off at a facility.
