Job Overview

The Associate Product Manager at BPS Bioscience will support product management efforts. This position will lead the majority of datasheet management, leading to product release. The Associate Product Manager will perform competitive analysis, assess pricing, and manage product releases and have familiarity with the basic science behind the products. The goal is to deliver the best products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and maintain knowledge of BPS Bioscience products, services, technologies, and scientific applications.
• Coordinate datasheet preparation and related product documentation activities for new product launches with R&D teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to plan, coordinate, and execute product release activities and launch timelines.
• Provide support to the Sales team by supplying product information, documentation, and launch-related materials as needed.
• Assist with the collection, tracking, analysis, and reporting of product launch performance metrics and key performance indicators.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within relevant databases, systems, and product management platforms.
  
• Prepare, review, and update product datasheets to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree in Life Science with 3-5 years of laboratory experience in assay development and/or recombinant protein development, or master's with experience in the same areas
• Demonstrated understanding of life science 
• Experience with business software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Able to accomplish tasks and projects in established timelines in a semi-independent mode.
• Highly motivated and dependable.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to problem solve and innovate.
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
