Registered Nurse - RN
Seeking long term care registered nurse.
MLR.org is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care, long term care, either directly or through delegation to supervised staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care and patient needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans with the patient and family.
- Administer medications and treatments, including fluid and respiratory therapy.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate with physicians and healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and discharge plans.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain clinical competence through ongoing education and training.
- Lead nursing teams during shifts and maintain positive staff relationships.
- Active RN license in South Dakota.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience preferred, but not required.
- Accredited 2 year degree.
Qualifications
