Ready to be a pharmacy superhero? As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll work alongside a registered pharmacist to keep our pharmacy running smoothly and efficiently. You'll master the art of prescription processing—from data entry and billing to quality control checks—while keeping our files organized and our customers smiling. Think of yourself as the backbone of our pharmacy operations, ensuring every prescription is handled with precision and care.

• Process prescriptions with accuracy and speed, handling data entry, billing administration, quality control checks, and file maintenance like a pro
• Keep our inventory in top shape through smart stocking and storage procedures—think of it as pharmacy Tetris!
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professional communication that makes patients feel valued and heard
• Partner with the pharmacist to support medication counseling and patient education initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries and service issues with a friendly, solution-focused approach
• Champion HIPAA compliance and privacy standards—protecting patient information is our superpower
• Support all pharmacy operations, including opening and closing procedures, to keep things running like clockwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of retail pharmacy experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Requires valid State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
