• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
• Be able to work the following schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are seeking a dynamic operations professional to join a bustling team, ensuring the seamless flow of essential documents and materials. In this vital role, you won’t just be performing tasks; you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, directly contributing to the productivity and success of a leading organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact and become an indispensable part of a dedicated team. This is a 2nd shift opportunity, initially covering for a leave of absence. The duration of the role will be determined by the length of the leave, with a strong possibility for extension and potential for direct hire for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, including associated software.
• Manage high-volume mail systems, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage for incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
• Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format.
• Perform shipping and receiving of products and supplies.
• Conduct routine maintenance and quality checks on convenience copiers, clearing jams, and coordinating technical support.
• Maintain accurate records for management reports, supply inventories, and billing logs.
• Distribute office supplies, faxes, and mail to designated points.
• Perform bindery, quality control, and final check processes for various jobs.
• Utilize a range of equipment including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drillers, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, and scales.
• Provide support for building functions such as meeting room and conference room setups, and light maintenance tasks.
• Respond to and coordinate service calls, answering questions regarding job status and feasibility.
• Perform filing duties, which may include purging and archiving old documents.
• Ensure the upkeep of convenience copier areas, keeping them neat and well-stocked.
• Potentially assist with building occupant moves or occasional cleaning duties.
• May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $15.83 – $17.98 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
