Required skills for Java/software programmers include a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, or IT. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-learners, and technically inquisitive. Experience in programming language Java and understanding of the software development life cycle is necessary. Knowledge of core Java, JavaScript, C++, software programming, Spring boot, AWS, microservices, and REST API's is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

Required skills for data science/machine learning include a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, or IT. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-learners, and technically inquisitive. Experience in programming language Java and understanding of the software development life cycle is necessary. Knowledge of statistics, Python, and data visualization tools is required. Preferred skills include PowerBI, Databricks, Snowflake, NLP, text mining, Tableau, and time series analysis.
