Account Manager III

Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings
- Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate sales reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B environment
- Proven experience in Sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered by JBT is a plus
- Office and Manufacturing environment.
- Walking, sitting, standing, bending, driving, reading, seeing, hearing, speaking, concentrating, and communicating.
- Require frequent travel to Customer sites.
- Must be flexible in a fast-paced work environment where priorities are constantly changing.
