Dedicated to perfecting the craft, you are able to support the Bakery because you see beauty in raw ingredients and strive for consistency when you make our guests’ favorite recipes. You’ll make the cakes that make people’s days, so you’ll get to enjoy yours as well. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to make cakes for their friends and family.
