Parts Counter Person
We are currently seeking a dedicated Parts Counter Person to join our team. As a Parts Counter Person, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts needs and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their needs
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders in a timely manner
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
