Virtus Healthcare Staffing is supporting the recruitment efforts for an open RN Manager - Women's & Infant Services (WIS) position at a leading community hospital in Nogales, AZ. This full-time, day shift leadership role offers up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus and a travel stipend of $60/day for eligible candidates commuting more than 60 miles one way.

Requirements:

Active Arizona RN license (or compact state equivalent).
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience in Labor & Delivery and at least 1 year in a healthcare supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead with compassion, develop teams, and foster an environment of excellence and innovation.
