Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor – Butler Ridge/Westview Commons, Reisterstown, MD Full Time – Must have valid driver’s license, vehicle, and HVAC certified Quiet Waters Landing is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on‑site maintenance team. This hands‑on role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating with contractors, managing service requests, and ensuring resident satisfaction through timely, high‑quality maintenance services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the maintenance team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance issues. Oversee apartment turnover and ensure units are ready for move‑in on schedule. Partner with the Property Manager on hiring, training, and coaching service staff. Schedule and monitor routine preventative maintenance tasks. Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas requiring attention. Manage service request workflow, including tracking work orders and ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger‑scale repairs or renovations. Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure compliance with all safety and maintenance standards. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a residential maintenance supervisory role. Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general property maintenance. HVAC and/or CFC certification required. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
