Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector (Aerospace)

Location North Phoenix - 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85050 Shift Options Day shift Night Shift (20% differential pay) Responsibilities Dimensional Inspection: Measure precision aerospace parts using manual gages. Blueprints & GD&T: Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometric symbols. In-Process Audits: Check parts during production to catch defects early. Final Inspection: Conduct ultimate quality checks prior to customer shipment. Documentation: Record inspection results, fill out logs, and sign off certifications. Non-Conformance Routing: Isolate, tag, and document defective parts (NCRs). Equipment Care: Verify tool calibration and clean measurement instruments daily. Requirements Minimum 3 years Aerospace Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector experience. CMM experience desired, but not required. Experience with dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages, etc. Very knowledgeable of GD&T. Experience in fast paced environment. Self-starter and team oriented. U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status required. Must be able to work 40+ hours per week in a fast paced, high-demand, quality environment. Must have sufficient verbal and written communication skills and good problem solving skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and sit or stand up to 8 hours per day.
