Competitive compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Clear upward mobility and cross-functional career growth opportunities Strong leadership development and training programs Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement Opportunity to influence business decisions and help shape the future of a growing organization What You'll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities Partner closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership to drive business performance Develop financial models and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making Own manufacturing cost accounting, including labor, materials, overhead, and variance analysis Monitor key operational and financial KPIs, providing recommendations for performance improvement Support capital investment evaluations, cost-saving initiatives, and profitability analysis Oversee financial reporting, month-end close activities, and compliance with internal controls and GAAP Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and audit support What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA required 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or other product-based environments Background in public accounting and/or industry accounting preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities Experience working with ERP systems Ideal Candidate This role is a great fit for an accounting and finance professional who enjoys solving problems, challenging the status quo, and partnering with the business to drive results.
