Responsibilities:

Excellent employment opportunity for a General Manager in the Dallas, Texas area.
Salary: $110,000-$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00AM-7:00PM Central Time
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a 17-person staffing team, and drive company performance.
This leader will ensure operational excellence, accountability, and growth
Lead and manage recruiters, onboarding, submittal, Business Development Manager, and back-office staff
Oversee KPIs, performance, and workflow
Improve processes and operational efficiency
Handle client escalations and ensure service quality
Report directly to President with weekly performance updates

Experience :

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years staffing industry leadership
Strong operational and people-management skills
Experience with MSP/VMS clients preferred
Excellent communication and decision-making ability
