Responsibilities:Responsible for accurately selecting, picking, and organizing orders for distributionMeet established productivity standards of 100 cases per hour upon completion of the training periodMaintain a zero-error environment by minimizing shorts, mispicks, and weight discrepanciesPerform all picking activities in accordance with WMS best practices, including scanning product barcodes and carton weight labelsHandle products with care to prevent damage during picking and pallet-building processesDevelop product knowledge to support troubleshooting and operational efficiencyGain proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Learn and adhere to ISO standards and 7S Lean practicesInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with billing staff and managementCross train in various warehouse functions to support operational needsFollow all safety procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment such as safety vests and safety shoesDemonstrate strong communication skillsWork Environment:Fast-paced environment.
