Pay Range: $47.07 - $49.42 per hour

Schedule: 40 Hours per Week (Rotating shifts to meet operational needs)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Candidate Type: Travel-friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in clinical care setting
• Qualified applicants MUST have home health experience and knowledge of homecare procedures
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
• Valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration
• Knowledge of venipuncture and IV care
• Competent in developing and initiating bowel and bladder training programs, wound care, and pain management techniques
• Ability to organize tasks, develop action plans, set priorities, and function under stressful situations

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a home health setting, you will:

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care (POC) ensuring quality and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, safety, and self-care practices.
• Supervise and provide clinical directions to home health aides and licensed vocational nurses to ensure quality service.
