Job Description: We are currently seeking a meticulous Bug Triaging Specialist (expert in manual testing)to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage the triaging of reported software bugs, ensuring accurate classification, prioritization, andcommunicationto facilitate timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, regression testing, and device testing, with a preference for experience in AR, VR, or mobile device testing. Skills Required: Manual Testing: Experience in conducting manual testing of software applications. Regression Testing:Ability to perform regression testing to ensure software stability. Device Testing:Experience in testing AR, VR, or mobile devices, preferred. Must-Have Skills: Bug Triage: Proficient in analyzing and prioritizing reported bugs based on severity, impact, and urgency. Bug Tracking Tools:Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) to manage and track reported issues throughout the bug lifecycle. Time Management:Ability to efficiently manage bug triaging tasks and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines. Communication:Excellentcommunicationskills to interact with stakeholders, including developers, testers, and project managers, to convey bug details and priorities effectively. Good-to-Have Skills: Technical Understanding: Good understanding of software development processes and terminology to accurately assess and categorize reported bugs. Debugging Skills:Basic debugging skills to assist in identifying root causes and providing additional context for reported bugs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on bug triaging and manual testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in bug assessment and documentation.
