About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Club Services to lead and support the regional directors in overseeing all club operations and services across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring the optimal youth experience through the management of club operations, safety, and facilities maintenance. This role requires a minimum of eight years of supervisory operations experience in youth development, with a strong emphasis on multi-site management and team-building to implement quality youth development programs. The Vice President will also be involved in regional budgeting, staff management and development, and will work closely with the Vice President of Youth Development to align facility management with program quality and outcomes. Applicants for the Vice President of Club Services position at the company should hold a bachelor's degree and have a proven track record in organizing, directing, and coordinating operations, facilities, and budget management. The role involves close collaboration with regional directors, the Chief Programs and Operations Officer, and various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate staff and board members, and the capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, crisis management, and the development of strategies to increase youth engagement and attendance. The Vice President will also be involved in HR collaboration, grant support, and will be accountable for regional compliance with grant requirements.
