Sales Enablement Specialist

In This Role Support the development and execution of sales enablement programs across the organization to drive productivity, revenue growth, and consistent sales execution Partner with Sales leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to launch new programs, tools, and strategic initiatives for the sales team Drive clear, consistent, and timely communication of enablement strategies while reinforcing key priorities Define, track, and report on enablement program metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize impact Design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs for both internal sales teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and go‑to‑market strategies Facilitate internal training and onboarding sessions on new programs, product updates, and strategic initiatives Own and manage the sales content lifecycle, including creation, organization, governance, updates, version control, and archiving for accuracy and relevance Maintain and optimize SharePoint content for accessibility, usability, and overall increased adoption of sales resources Collaborate with Account Executives on key customer engagements to support successful program adoption Develop and maintain sales playbooks, documentation, and internal communications to ensure consistent execution Minimum 25% travel, in addition to 4 markets annually Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, support, or operations CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Strong content management and organizational skills (experience with SharePoint preferred) Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging training materials Minimum 25% travel, in addition to 4 markets annually Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams Comfortable presenting to both internal teams and external customers Strong communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills About Four Hands Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
