Tool Crib Attendant

Position Summary Acuren is currently recruiting for a Tool Crib Attendant to support our operation in Midland, TX. The Tool Crib Attendant assists in managing the inventory of supplies, materials, equipment and other items required to support the work performed in the field. The Tool Crib Attendant will also maintain the organization and the hygiene of the Tool Crib, ensuring vehicle inspection reports are completed monthly, facilitating preventative and other maintenance as required, actively tracking utilization and vehicle assignment LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking candidates who are based in or near Midland, TX. While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to local candidates due to the on-site requirements of the positions. Responsibilities Implementation and execution of all fleet support needs including maintaining accurate fleet and driver records; Scheduling maintenance and repairs; Assigning vehicles; tracking vehicle utilization and costs Minor light duty mechanical work Ensuring vehicle inspection reports are completed monthly, facilitating preventative and other maintenance as required, actively tracking utilization and vehicle assignment Other work duties as assigned. Requirements 1 to 3 years related work experience Knowledge of DOT policies and procedures and is Comfortable using a computer and software applications (MS Word, Excel, Quickbase, etc.) Operationally driven, detail oriented and organized with strong problem solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
