Key Responsibilities:
- Install pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in residential new construction projects, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.
- Perform rough-in plumbing and assemble fittings, valves, and other necessary plumbing components.
- Safely modify pipe lengths and plumbing fixtures to meet project requirements.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- Plumbing experience required (residential new construction experience preferred).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on diverse job sites in Montgomery & Prince George's County, MD
- Must have personal tools and reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for eligibility for a company vehicle and fuel card.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- A resourceful team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- A commitment to profess ionalism, reliability, and a “no excuses, make it happen” attitude.
