Pataskala is a suburban community about 20 miles east of downtown Columbus, offering access to both small-town living and a major metro area. Blacklick Woods Metro Park is about 15 miles away and includes trails, golf, and a nature center, while Buckeye Lake is roughly 20 miles east for boating and waterfront recreation. John Glenn Columbus International Airport is about a 25-minute drive, and nearby Easton Town Center offers shopping and dining within about 20 miles.
