Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a long-term care facility. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and quality care in accordance with facility policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transferring
• Respond to call lights promptly
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and resident condition changes
• Report any changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Report any concerns of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation immediately
• Support overall resident care needs as assigned
• Follow all facility policies and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• 1+ year experience preferred in long-term care or similar setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care
