Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly polished Executive Chauffeur / Private Driver to provide safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for assigned investors, executives, and guests.

This is not a rideshare or delivery position . We are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in providing exceptional personal service and understands the importance of punctuality, confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be assigned to specific clients and will become a trusted representative of our company. You will operate client-owned luxury vehicles and provide transportation throughout the Houston metropolitan area and surrounding communities.

The ideal candidate is someone who is calm under pressure, exceptionally dependable, well-presented, familiar with the Houston area, and comfortable working with executives and high-profile clients.

What You Will Do

• Provide safe, professional, and reliable transportation for assigned executives, investors, clients, and guests.
• Transport clients to and from residences, offices, airports, meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.
• Operate luxury SUVs, sedans, and other high-end vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in a clean, fueled, organized, and presentation-ready condition.
• Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, detailing, and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor Houston traffic to ensure clients arrive safely and on time.
• Maintain a high level of punctuality and be prepared for reasonable changes to daily schedules.
• Assist with errands, pickups, drop-offs, appointments, and other transportation-related requests.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel purchases, inspections, and other required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding schedules and transportation needs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, schedules, business activities, and personal matters.
• Provide a consistently courteous, professional, and discreet experience for every client.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record .
• Ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and comprehensive background check.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience .
• Excellent knowledge of Houston, surrounding communities, major highways, and traffic patterns.
• Strong commitment to safe driving and defensive driving practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and client preferences precisely.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a variety of situations.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion.

Important Position Details

• Full-time employee position
• Based in Waller, Texas , with driving throughout Houston and surrounding areas
• Company/client vehicles are provided for assigned transportation duties
• Primarily professional and executive transportation
• 40+ hours per week
• Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required
• Candidates must have a clean driving record and successfully complete required background and MVR checks
