Roll Off Driver

Job Summary Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is seeking an experienced roll‑off driver to join our small, family‑owned team. Our patented portable toilet‑and‑dumpster combination sets us apart and we pride ourselves on exceptional customer care. Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners. Communicate with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction. Maintain relationships with project managers. Conduct safety pre‑trip inspections according to DOT guidelines. Empty containers at disposal sites. Clean and service portable toilets using vacuum‑tank system. Secure tarp containers during transport. Empty wastewater tank at disposal sites. Willing to work up to 10‑hour work days when needed. Skills Excellent time‑management skills to ensure on‑time delivery. Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions. Navigate high‑traffic roads, driveways, and tight overhead environments. Highly skilled backing and maneuvering. Professional interactions with customers and courteous behavior toward the public. Qualifications Must have roll‑off driving experience. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must provide a current driver’s license and access to driving record. Good driving record. Valid/Current Class B CDL with knowledge of air brakes.
