Design Tree Maintenance is currently seeking a full-time Tree Climber Team Lead to join our crew in Phoenix, AZ. This is a leadership role for an experienced professional who is ready to take charge of daily operations, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality service. Hours are 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility depending on job requirements.In this position, you'll lead a team of professionals, ensuring smooth and safe operations. You'll plan daily tasks, perform expert trimming and removal, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication.
