Invoice Analyst

Job Summary: The Invoice Analyst, operating within the Mexico - Transport Planning and Scheduling team, undertakes administrative duties, validation of invoices, investigation of discrepancies, and works with carriers on the invoicing processes. The successful candidate will be bilingual and fluent in english and Spanish. Job Responsibilities:

• Validate Carrier Invoices: Review carrier invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy per contracts and regulations. This includes ensuring accuracy in rates, exchange rates, and completeness of all required delivery paperwork.
• Resolve Incorrect Invoices: Investigate vendor disputed invoices and incorrect invoices and provide stakeholders with information needed to resolve invoicing issues and ensure that corrections are completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate Effectively: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, and relevant parties to facilitate smooth invoicing processes, implement corrective measures, and explore continuous improvement initiatives.
• Invoice Reporting: Record and provide performance reporting to supervisor to allow for performance discussions to be held with vendors and corrective action plans to be developed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fully bilingual English - Spanish.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Flexibility to work different shifts including but not limited to US holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with invoice review and reconciliation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to balance and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Competency in Microsoft 365 products.
