DRP Truck & Equipment is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cadiz, OH. - Process and manage rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation
- Coordinate equipment rental scheduling, availability, and logistics
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding rental equipment and services
- Maintain accurate records of rental inventory, billing, and accounts
- Support the rental team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounts receivable functions
- Prior administrative or office support experience required
- Experience in trucking, equipment rental, or a related industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and a team-oriented attitude
