Our success is driven by exceptional people and a commitment to quality, safety, and client partnership.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical Construction) to join our large-project MCaP division.The Project Manager is accountable for the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout. This role drives safety, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams and building long-term client relationships.Accountabilities:Lead all phases of project delivery (planning, execution, closeout)Ensure scope alignment, constructability, and contract complianceOversee coordination with design teams and other tradesChampion a zero-incident safety cultureEnforce company and client safety standardsEnsure site-specific safety plans and weekly documentationManage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsOversee change order development, pricing, and approvalPartner with accounting on billing and financial trackingDevelop and maintain detailed project schedulesMonitor labor productivity, material costs, and performance metricsCoordinate staffing and subcontractor activitiesIdentify and implement prefabrication opportunitiesCoordinate fabrication workflows and field integrationBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsLead project communication and issue resolutionEnsure high client satisfaction and repeat businessIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategiesDevelop contingency plans to protect schedule and budgetQualifications:Strong knowledge of mechanical construction methods and systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing)Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)Ability to interpret construction documents across multiple disciplinesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing union labor environmentsAbility to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time.5+ years of experience managing large-scale mechanical MEP construction projectsProven success delivering complex projects (healthcare, labs, higher ed, industrial, R&D)Experience with Lean Construction and/or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) preferredPhysical activity not limited to climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting <50 lbs.What We Offer:Competitive SalaryMedical, Dental and Vision benefits401k with company contributionPaid holidays and Paid Time OffBinsky is an EOE.
