We are looking for an experienced and proactive Databricks Admin to join our team in Plano, United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in data platform administration, with deep expertise in managing and optimizing Databricks environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our data infrastructure.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and administer Databricks workspaces and clusters
- Ensure security, compliance, and access control across all environments
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Optimize resource utilization for cost efficiency and scalability
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to support business needs
- Maintain documentation of configurations and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a data platform or cloud admin (Databricks preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services related to Databricks
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting
- Experience implementing security controls and compliance standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
