Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This is a high-acuity Med-Surg unit requiring strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have prior travel nursing experience and experience serving in mentor or charge nurse roles.

Approximately 90% of the patient population consists of medical-surgical patients, with a low volume of oncology patients primarily managed by permanent staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Previous mentor and/or charge nurse experience required

• BLS certification required
