Mid-Level Counsel: Software Licensing & Commercial Contracts

Cytel, Inc.

Cytel is searching for an experienced attorney to provide legal support for our technology business located in Albany, NY. In this role, you will draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor, active membership in a state bar, and at least four years of legal experience, particularly in technology and software licensing.
