About the Role

As a Senior Funding Specialist / Account Executive , you'll work directly with business owners to understand their financing needs and connect them with funding solutions that help their businesses grow.

You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outbound cold calling to presenting funding options, negotiating, and closing deals. If you enjoy building relationships, competing at a high level, and being rewarded for your performance, this role offers outstanding income potential.

What You'll Do

Prospect & Generate Business

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners and generate new opportunities.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up.

Consult & Present Solutions

• Learn about each client's business and financing needs.

• Review basic business financial information.

• Work alongside our underwriting team to structure customized funding solutions.

• Present recommendations with confidence and professionalism.

Close Deals

• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through funding.

• Handle objections and negotiate effectively.

• Close new business while delivering an outstanding client experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.

Grow Your Book of Business

• Build lasting client relationships.

• Generate repeat funding opportunities and referrals.

• Continue growing your income through renewals and repeat business.

Required Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous professional sales experience (required)

• Experience making outbound cold calls (required)

• Experience managing a full sales cycle and consistently closing deals

• Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills

Highly Preferred

Candidates with experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) , business funding, financial services, B2B sales, or other high-volume outbound sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Commission + Weekly Draw

• $250 weekly draw during your first two months
