Nocturnist Opportunity

Hospital is seeking a Nocturnist who thrives in a high-acuity environment and values a collaborative, physician-led approach to patient admissions and acute care.

Responsibilities include:

• 12-hour overnight shifts totaling 15 shifts per month for full-time status
• Two staggered shift start times in the evening to maintain coverage continuity and support effective handoffs
• Overnight team includes a second attending physician and APP support
• High-acuity inpatient setting with a strong collaborative culture
• Fully implemented enterprise EMR platform used across all clinical workflows
• Facility admission volume averages in the mid-forties daily, with individual physician workload typically falling between 6 and 10 admissions per shift

Compensation and benefits include:

• Tiered pay structure tied to clinical experience, with total earnings meaningfully above regional benchmarks
• Overnight shift differentials plus performance incentives of up to 10% of base compensation
• Additional stipend program available for physicians who elect to pick up shifts beyond their standard monthly commitment
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $15,000 in relocation support
• Up to $5,000 annually for CME activities
• All licensure and credentialing fees covered by the organization
