Job Title Bilingual Community Manager – San Marcos Overview We are looking for a bilingual Community Manager for two of our communities in San Marcos. Required Experience 1–2 years of experience in property management for multi‑family apartments. Preferable experience as a Community Manager. Fluent in English and Spanish. Responsibilities Team building – hire, train, mentor employees and build high‑performance teams. Marketing and leasing – partner with marketing and leasing teams to create, execute, and implement marketing campaigns, follow up with qualified traffic, conduct community tours, and close applications. Conduct monthly market surveys to remain competitive. Maintenance service – manage service requests with the maintenance team to provide excellent resident service. Make‑ready – coordinate with in‑house maintenance staff and vendors/contractors to prepare units quickly and cost‑effectively. Resident relations and events – build cordial relationships with residents, listen to their needs, and organize monthly resident events. Vendor management – ensure vendors perform duties, upload and manage invoices. Cost control – manage and keep costs within budget while maintaining assets and regular maintenance. Compliance and reporting – report per management’s needs and adhere strictly to company processes and policies. Miscellaneous – perform other activities as required for the community. Required Skills Team leadership – direct and motivate staff, assess performance, identify improvements. Time management & prioritization – prioritize tasks and duties. Interpersonal skills – establish and maintain productive working relationships, resolve conflicts, deliver feedback. Planning and execution – strategically plan, manage resources, monitor milestones, adjust plans. Problem solving – use judgment to make decisions, determine corrective actions, identify root causes. Technology‑driven – use technology tools efficiently; experience with RealPage Unified, OneSite, Google Suite, Community Boss, GateWise, Asana, Facilities+, and Funnel is a plus.
