Position Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel’s public spaces. This role ensures that all guests experience a pristine and welcoming environment reflective of the Hotel Phoenix standard. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevators. Ensure that public spaces are consistently stocked and refreshed. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Greet guests courteously and respond to inquiries or requests with professionalism. Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning projects as needed. Requirements Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
