Burrito Shak in Wilson is looking for 1-2 reliable, career oriented Shift Leads to join our team. We are located at 1215 Forest Hills Road NW. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated and reliable. This is a customer facing position where we expect the majority of your time to be spent serving and interacting with our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Work alongside the staff to construct menu items per guest orders while providing exceptional customer service with a smile.

* Learn our system and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

* Manage employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method.

* Follow all health and safety protocols.

* Ensure line is stocked and all recipes and products follow company standards.

Qualifications:

* Must love what you do.

* Experience in quick serve restaurant operations.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Basic knife skills.

* Time management skills.
