We are opening a new store near USC and building our founding team. Crew Members are the face of the store — you make the product, take care of guests, and keep the place running.

What You’ll Do

Guests & Service

• Serve products and take care of every guest in a friendly, attentive way
• Educate guests on our products and answer questions about the menu
• Take orders in person and by phone, and package orders to company standards
• Ring up sales and handle cash accurately, following safe cash handling procedures
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and involve the Manager on Duty when needed

Product & Food Safety

• Follow all company recipes, portioning, and preparation procedures
• Handle all food safely during receiving, preparation, and service
• Maintain product quality standards consistently

Store Operations

• Keep the counter, floors, windows, equipment, and espresso machine clean throughout the shift
• Restock shelves and assist with receiving and putting away deliveries
• Take out trash and keep the store presentable and on-brand
• Report safety hazards, accidents, and equipment issues to the Manager on Duty
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with guests
• Cash register and cash handling experience required
• Experience in food service, retail, or a specialty store preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work special events and holidays as needed
• California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire (we will help you obtain it)
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Schedule & Pay

• Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This is an hourly, non-exempt position. All hours over 8 per day or 40 per week are paid at overtime rates.
• You will receive meal and rest periods as required by California law

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift; frequent reaching, stooping, and kneeling
• Regularly lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds when receiving deliveries
• Regular contact with water, sanitation solutions, and frozen and refrigerated products; frequent handwashing
